Possible: Great that you're tolerating Prozac (fluoxetine) 10 mg dose. Generally side effects are dose related, ie, increased dose means greater chance of side effects. If you notice any side effects on 20 mg, talk to prescribing doctor. Dose can be adjusted in small increments so you get the most benefit. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
