Dryness on penis, now with redness + pimple like marks and few cuts noticed. Doc said dermatitis so apply cortisoid creams & moisturizor. Not curing.?

Don't try: The red after a pimple is resolving is the new vessels healing the area. You need to control you acne and prevent new lesions. If a salicylic acid wash or topical benzoyl peroxide hasn't cleared you in two weeks, get with your physician.
