Take a break: The hymenal tissue can take some time to heal and you can have bleeding from it with every episode of intercourse. Give yourself a break to allow tissues to heal and recover. Take ibuprofen for pain control. This should help. you may want to review your birth control options if you are not looking to get pregnant at this time. Best wishes Dr M
