ER/UC: Never ignore these symptoms: although this "sounds" like chest/lung irritation, you must have your heart checked ASAP.

See answer: Chest pain that's made worse by twisting and taking a breath may be due to musculoskeletal pain coming from the chest wall, such as muscle strain. Other causes are also possible. For a proper diagnosis you should see your physician.
