Ear Pressure: Your ear pressure is most likely from the Eustachian tube not working very well. This is very common with upper respiratory infection. You can try popping your ears. If you can't, try some Afrin nasal spray or fluticasone spray to clear some of the congestion and then try clearing your ears.
