Difficult to say: But from your description I would like to know what the ultrasound was for and where did they look? Did the ultrasound look behind the nipple. Most common would be gynecomastia which may result from medications or even diet supplements. So if that is the underlying cause all you have to do is stop. Talk to your doctor for more information about the ultrasound
