No: A person who cannot visualize and/or fantasize in the normal way that other people can, has a psychiatric / neurological problem... but it is a matter of degree. A small problem does not need treatment, as it can be a variation of the normal human range of personalities. A big problem needs a trip (or several trips) to the doctor.
