Possibly: Every country has its own blood donation criteria, blood banks usually ask and test donors before accepting their donation. As for Toxoplasma to be transmitted through blood transfusion, the risk is very low, however better not to be transfused to pregnant ladies or immunosuppressed individuals. Thanks for being generous, and thanks for being honest , blood bank staff would answer you better
