Urinary tract infect: Any flank pain with discomfort or changes in urination deserves a prompt check to rule out kidney infection or stones in the urinary system. Living in a desert landscape like KSA, and being female puts you at a higher risk for both. Pl get it checked out at the local hospital, w urine test, plus an US, soon to avoid potentially serious complications. I am speaking from experience
