Very likely: Since you came on your menstrual period 2 weeks after intercourse, you are probably not pregnant. lHowever, some women do have menstrual periods even though they are pregnant. If you want to be more certain, you will need to do a pregnancy test.

Probably not, but: If you had unprotected sex 2 weeks before your period, when you normally ovulate, but still got you period, you probably are not pregnant, but if you still have pregnancy symptoms, get a blood pregnancy test (quantitative beta HCG) to rule out an abnormal pregnancy: ie miscarriage or ectopic. See an OB/GYN.
