Dx: bilateral dequervain's ,polyarthralgia (tendons), neuritis in elbows/forearms/hands. steroids ineffective. rheum workup normal. unsure what to do.

Ask someone new!: Your tests are normal, but your symptoms are not. They seem to indicate some form of collagen vascular disorder. You probably need a Rheumatologist to consider more testing to indicate the source of inflammation. Unfortunately, some real diseases like yours remain undiagnosed- a skilled rheumatologist should recommend a treatment plan to reduce your symptoms. Look into it again- get better soon!
