Can't be exact: Because ovulation and fertilization is not always perfectly timed, we can only estimate the possible dates of conception. If August 18th is the first day of your last menstrual cycle, then you could have conceived anywhere from August 18th to September 5th. This calculation only works if your cycles and ovulation are regular however. If you ovulate "later" then the date of conception will change
