Mucinex (guaifenesin): There should be no problem combining those 2 meds. Mucinex (guaifenesin) dm is a mucolytic medicine with a cough suppressant. Ativan is a mild anxiolytic or sedative. It should be safe to take together. However with any meds if you don't feel right after taking the two in the future. Don't.

However you should be careful when taking Levofloxacin, Prednisone and Advil together, make sure your physician is aware of the combination.

Probably: Most over the counter mucolytic drugs have very few drug interacations; always best to ask the pharmacist but usually they don't interact with anti-inflammatory medications.
