Pregnant again???: You could be pregnant again! But don't ask your hairdresser. Go see your Ob/Gyn. He/She will know for sure. There are some other possibilities but I am limited to 400 spaces.

Gallbladder: Your liver and gallbladder are in your right upper quadrant. You might want to discuss it with your OB to see if an ultrasound of the gallbladder is warranted.

Gall bladder: but could also be liver or colon. Discuss with OB and consider getting an U/S of the area. If it is your gall bladder decrease fat intake, fried foods and this my help in the mean time.
