Hard to say.: Sometimes it never happens again. If it does, then that would be a good reason to have the cyst excised. Get checked to be sure that all the infection is gone, though. It may not happen again for years! Discuss options with your doc (and insurance company).

Infected sebaceous: cyst. The cyst may or not get infected again. You can have a surgeon remove the cyst.
