Why does my 5 year old white part of her eyes grey. it is scaring me.

See eye doc.: Kids can have grey, black or brown areas on the sclera (white part of the eye). It if usually nothing BUT, especially if this is new, she needs to get checked by an eye doctor. Do it in the next few weeks.
