Cardiologist: You need to consult with a cardiologist for testing. In the meantime I would not engage in vigorous sporting activities. If you feel like you are almost passing out, have chest pain / pressure or a heart rate over 115 you should go to the ER to have it checked immediately.

How high: How high is calcification score. If this is too high you actually may have aggressive heart disease. Have you had your thyroid checked. See your doc and if persist see a cardiologist and insist on an echo for cardiac performance.
