R/O TONSILLITIS: The linguiar tonsils are underneath the tongue. You need an exam and throat culture and empirical antibiotics if linguiar TONSILITIS is suspected get evaluated promptly, if it does not respond to antibiotics , then ENT consult is needed.

No worries: In the oral cavity, normal variations in anatomic structure like sublingual glands can be observed very often. If concerned, see a dentist for exam.
