Went for breast ultrasound for pain and everything was ok but nonspecific hypoechoic breast tissue oriented along the ducts (left b) should i worry?

Dilated ducts: It may due to dilated ducts that feed the nipple. If the pain resolves with medications (ibuprofen) , you can be assured. If it persists, see your physician for further work up. best wishes Dr M
