It can be bad: if you are truly only urinating twice daily - on average most people urinate 4-6 times daily. You are either not drinking enough fluids, or your kidneys are holding on to water due to another condition that causes third spacing (liver cirrhosis, heart failure, or kidney failure). Please drink 6-8 glasses of water daily and see a healthcare provider for proper workup and treatment.
