See your doctor: Lymph node enlargement in the neck can't be from diverticulitis, and it would be very unlikely as a side effect of cipro (ciprofloxacin) or flagyl. I would guess something else is going on, which might be causing both the lymph node inflammation and intestinal or abdominal symptoms similar to diverticulitis. Return to your doctor ASAP and follow her advice about whether to continue the antibiotics. Good luck!
