No.: The baseline Cortisol is in the normal range. The response at 30 min and 60 min is atleast 3-fold higher than baseline value. This is a robust response to ACTH stimulation. You do not have primary adrenal insufficiency. It is unlikely that you have secondary adrenal insufficiency either. Is there a baseline ACTH level ? What time of the day was the test done?

Not Enough Info: The baseline of 8 mcg is a borderline morning value and normal in the evening. The time of the day, ACTH value, reason for the test, how long the condition has been present for are all important. If it is secondary adrenal insufficiency it is likely new in onset. This test does completely rule out primary adrenal insufficiency though.
