Maybe overcleaning: People don't normally spray Lysol on their hands except in unusual circumstances. Overuse of Lysol (or any disinfectant) on skin can lead to itchy, irritated skin. Of course, there are other causes of skin itching. One should reassess her situation and ask why Lysol spray is needed (it is almost never needed) for cleaning hands.
