In might be: First, it is somewhat reassuring that the basic nature of the mass is a cyst, not solid, though some cancers are cystic, too. Septations can exist with either benign or malignant lesions. One is always a little more worried about something that is attached to the wall (mural); the size is relatively small. More tests needed: full history/exam by doctor, CA-125 blood test. Then decision re: surgery
