Hormonal changes: Hi EDo not sure of your age, but breakthrough bleeding 10-14 days before a period could be just a reaction to ovulation. If you are otherwise healthy, and pretty sure you are not pregnant, you could probably wait through another cycle. If concerned, consult a gynecologically qualified practitioner now.
