Improved flexibility: Some people are born more flexible than others, due to genetics. Lucky people are naturally more flexible. Most of us have to practice, practice, practice! Some of us may never be able to do the splits! Improve nutrition by adequate diet. Supplements are iffy. A wide variety of fruits, veggies, complex carbs is better. Get adequate amounts from foods. Read up on food sources of nutrients.
