Odd question: Consider that a newborns immune is so immature that needs mom's immunity factors from the placenta to be protected for the first months. Consider that it should not be exposed to anything but mothers milk, which is designed for for that specific child, until 6m or more.Any reaction to maternal foods is minor, not like nut or bee sting allergy. Babies are designed to last a lifetime.
