First you should: assume nothing and take a pregnancy test. The most common reason for breast tenderness and enlargement is pregnancy. If negative, and you repeat in 1 week and it is still negative, or you are having menstruation, then the second most likely reason for you is Zoloft (sertraline). Breast tenderness is one of its more common, though overall still rare, side effects. Talk to your healthcare provider about it.
