Learn to cook: Find healthier recipes- and learn your ingredients- you'd be surprised - most cooks don't eat the meal they create for a group because they have been around the food all day- so they make something differerent- allow yourself to have one day to splurge with ' junk food'...As a reward - as your taste changes- youll find the reward days lessen.
