I have an overactive bladder. none of the of pills i've taken helped. i'm thinking about getting botox in my bladder. would this surgery be benefical?

OAB: Botox is only approved at this time for neurogenic bladder related incontinence and urgency frequency, otherwise is off label use. There are other approved treatments, discuss with your doctor or urologist.

Did u change: Diet? Stop caffiene and citrus. Avoid water pills/diuretics. Botox can work but has complications amd will have to be repeated.
