Depends: Depends on other symptoms. Clear liquid dripping from nose likely harmless, but it can be a sign of cerebrospinal (brain fluid) leak. See MD of you have any other symptoms esp headache.

See your PCP: to rule out if the fluid is cerebral-spinal fluid. Do not delay.
