My grandma is feeling dizzy, threw up last sunday and she stopped throwing up but still continue feel dizzy. i was concern and i don't know if she needs to go see the doctor or any over the counter medications can help.

Yes: She needs to see a physician right away to diagnose the reason why she is still dizzy. If she starts feeling worse or develops other symptoms consider taking her to the ER. If she has a physician, call him/her to ask for guidance as you can probably provide her doctor with further information.

See doctor: You do not indicate her age, but older folks are at risk for strokes, and a host of systemic problems, especially heart issues. Do not delay, see a physician and get answers so this can be managed.
