Can be many things : Pain in abdomen burping and gas can be due to many conditions and it needs to be checked .it may be due to Gall Bladder disease,Gastritis,Peptic Ulcer disease,irritable bowel syndrome or several other conditions.To find out what is causing this,we need a detailed history and comprehensive physical exam and may need blood and urine test and imaging like ultrasound and /or Cat Scan etc to diagnose
