Could be: opioids like Oxycodone act on the gut, and can cause constipation, nausea, cramps. Abdominal pain with radiation isn't common from one dose. Could happen. If it persists, get checked out. I'm not a big fan of oxycodone for chronic pain, but it can be safe if used properly. Chronic pain is best treated in a structured program that includes physical and behavioral therapies with medical care.
