A member asked:

Have a 6 mm adipose on ovary. seen first seen 4 yrs ago u/s today shows stable no changes. so do i need to worry or do anything

If it is like a: lipoma that is slow growing on your ovary, and there has not been any discernible changes in the size or location of the mass, then all you have to do is continue to monitor it. Having said that sometimes CT can be helpful in discerning where this lipoma is (growing into) so you would know if there is any mass effect expected. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
