Drug overdose: If these Little critters multivitamins have iron in them or he is vomiting, he should be seen in ER for x-rays of belly and blood work. Keep the multivitamins away from him. Do not give him any multivitamin for the next 3 wks. Remember even multivitamins are a drug with doses for children and adults. If the multivitamins do not contain iron, he can be seen in the doctors office this week.
