Relax! Wait a week.: A urine pregnancy test is not positive until 10-14 days after the expected first day of a missed period. A few pregnant women continue to have periods. Also when a fertilized egg implants in the uterus, bleeding and cramping may occur. Pregnancy signs: tender/swollen breasts, breast discharge, nausea/vomiting, frequent urination, bloating, headache, fatigue. Wait and get tested in 7 or 10 days.
