Anovulation: You may or may not be ovulating causing the symptoms. If you have been unable to conceive with unprotected intercourse x one year-see a gyn md fertility specialist.

Irregular periods: You should undergo an evaluation for irregular periods ( obgyn or fertility specialist). This commonly caused by ovulatory dysfunction: a condition in which women don't ovulate regularly
