Several Things: Symptoms that low in the abdomen could be bladder, could be colon, could by symphysis pubis or pubic bone joint pain, could be uterus, could be adhesions or scarring from previous surgery to name a few. Really need to see Dr. for a good history and examination to try and figure out why you are having this type of pain. Sorry not more helpful. Best of luck with this. Dr R
