Practically None: The test will be performed in a monitored and controlled location (EP lab or monitored hospital bed.) There is little to no risk to the test. If you have Brugada and don't diagnose and treat it, your life long risks are very significant. Take the imperceptibly small risk to gain the knowledge to prevent future greater risk.
