Is there anything i can do about reoccurring canker sores? i get quite a few at a time and they continually come back. they're annoying & hurt a bit

See doctor: There is medicine to control these. Speak to your doctor. Also if stress or too much sun, for example, are triggers would do things to decrease exposure.

Seek treatment: The same virus that causes fever blisters can cause canker sores. You would benefit from an anti-viral treatment taken continuously to help suppress them. There are other causes so it is best to go see your doctor.
