I wouldn't: The drug information page on tretinoin recommends not using it on mucous membranes and the area right next to your labie is a mucous membrane- the side effects of the medicine might not be very comfortable in that area also So my medical opinion would be to stay away from that area

Maybe : You need to ask your doctor. We do use this on select patients but you need to do this under doctor supervision so you don't damage vaginal mucosa
