Is there a faster way to get rid of fluid built up behind the eardrum besides decongestants? i have taken allegra (fexofenadine) d for one week.

Pop your ears: Block your nose, close your mouth and gently exhale. You might hear bubbling sounds. This may help clear it. Talk to your doctor about using something like afrin (oxymetazoline).

Probably not: There's reall no good way to rid yourself of the fluid. Decongestants work best followed by steroids.
