Infection?: Frequent urination with or without nausea, can be a sign of a urinary tract infection. Get checked. IF you don't treat an early infection, it can spread to your kidneys which can be dangerous! If you have fever over 101, vomiting, or pain in the middle of your back, or anything else scary, go to an ER right away.
