Right arm pain: Could be position, or due to long term repetitive trauma if you are a pitcher or other arm ,using sport, sometimes neck issues manifest in the arm but you are rather young for that. Would also check for lyme if in an area of lyme and check thyroid CPK( muscle breakdown) follow up with doctor

Compression neuritis: get examined and have the nerve tested: sounds like you slept on your arm causing nerve compression.
