No: Torsion is very very painful. Since you have only mild pain it is unlikely to amount to anything serious. I would advise you to watch it for one week...It will either settle down or get worse in which case you may ned to see your doctor.

See a urologist: This could be nothing, but also could be something that needs attention. A stone in the little tubules that connect the testis with the urthra could cause your symptoms. Testicular cancer, which is very uncommon can also do this. Most likely you mildly traumatized the testicle some way. Torsion, cancer, a stone, etc can only be ruled out by a urologist's exam.

Torsion=severe pain: Unlikely testicular torsion itself & only remote chance chance of testicular appendage torsion. Most likely spermatic venous congestion (so called "lovers nuts'), could also be a small epididymal cyst. Unlikely a testicular cancer, unless you can feel a hard lump. Testis tumors usually painless unless there is a bleed. Basic advice is to see a urologist if pain/discomfort continues.
