Took vancomycin for 14 days. i'm just now reading of long term side effects. i'm now done with meds and had no issues so far. should i be ok then?

Probably.: There is nothing certain but death and taxes. Any medicine (whether prescribed or not) can cause long term harm, but this is rare and unpredictable. No two people are the same. No medicine affects every one in exactly the same way. Since you feel well, then you'll likely be fine! If something changes, see your doc. In your case the drug did it's job, got you well and it wa safe for you.
