Not sure: I understand. But if it is a feeling of sweating but not actually sweating then it can be a nerve problem. This is common in diabetes for two groups of reasons. In the short term, if the diabetes is totally out fo control then electrolytes are abnormal, making nerves misfire. In the long term, diabetes can injure nerves. Better control of sugar is very helpful in the first, and somewhat helpful .
