Not worried.: Color in hands comes from red blood cells. If number of cells is correct then flow must be the problem. If you have good pulses at wrist that is not the problem ( i don't think it is anyway since you should have other symptoms with something that major). Only remaining choices are constriction of surface vessels in hand under influence of stress hormones or temperature and perception of color.

Normal blood: That rbc number is normal. What is your hemoglobin? Pale hands may have nothing to do with your blood count. It may have something to do with your circulation. Do you have other symptoms: pain, swelling, numbness or tingling? Are you on any meds? Do you smoke? [there is a syndrome in smokers called buerger's disease (thromboangiitis obliterans), which can be quite serious ] you should see a doctor.

Pale Palms: Paleness may be the result of decreased blood supply to the skin (cold, fainting, shock, hypoglycemia) or decreased number of red blood cells (anemia). Paleness of the skin is separate from the loss of pigment from the skin. Paleness is related to blood flow in the skin rather than deposit of melanin in the skin. See your doctor for a diagnosis.
