This sounds like : Urinary tract infection. If you have never had one i would recommend calling your doctor tomorrow am if the symtpoms persist. Also would be worth following up for a exam/visit by your obgyn.

Urinary infection: Sounds like a urinary tract infection. These can become more more common in perimenopause because of effects of gradual decline in estrogen levels. Also, with new sex partner or an increase or change in sexual activity, bacteria may be pushed up to the bladder. Vaginal infections and herpes may also trigger these symptoms. See your doctor and get tested and examined.
